And after testing, it was found that it did not have much effect on calorie burning but reduced appetite in these subjects. They also added that if you eat this diet, you will only feel hungry before bedtime, which is about 10:30 pm.

The team also continued to learn about the optimal time to follow this weight loss diet. They follow the diet for about 6 hours and the remaining 18 hours of the day will not eat. However, the results have shown that the time to eat from about 8 to 10 hours is reasonable.

Limitations of the method


Although this method of intermittent eating has been researched and proven to be effective for weight loss, for some people it may not be suitable and requires consultation with a nutritionist. .
